The Colorado Libertarian Party sued Secretary of State Jena Griswold and her chief deputy on Friday in Denver, asking the court to decommission voting equipment and order a hand count of ballots in counties affected by the recently discovered online disclosure of hundreds of election equipment passwords.

With the corrupt courts in Colorado, fat chance.
So thats nine years per password right?
With the hand counts, it will be interesting to see in Colorado who actually votes Democrat.
She should have to pay the legal costs out of her own pocket.

As we all know the cheaters are above the law.
Tina peters got thrown in prison for doing what the law said, but jena will skate. Governor Polis is a super-lib (he has a husband) and has destroyed the state. Along with phony elections, CO is also a sanctuary state.

and soon to be a narco gang state.
Put her in the same cell as Tina Peters.
For twice as long.
“Dirty Jena” ping
That would be the same state supreme court that said Griswold didn’t have to have Don Trump on the ballot cuz heeza “Insurrectionist!”, right?
Should be real interesting what they do with this hot potato.
“Tina peters got thrown in prison for doing what the law said, but jena will skate.”
Agreed.
We have a two-tiered justice system.
President Trump was prosecuted for possessing classified documents. Joe Biden and Mike Pence weren’t prosecuted.
I expect the same for Jena Griswold.
In a just world these machines will all be replaced by new machines or not used at all.
“...counties affected by the recently discovered online disclosure...”
If they can’t be trusted to control the passwords of the voting machines in certain counties, then how can they be trusted to admit which counties are actually affected and if it isn’t all of the state so they can manipulate the reamaining machines?
Plus, if the SOS site was hacked, someone not attached to the state government now has those codes to get into machines all over the state. The whole state is compromised.

Is it me or does this seem like a HUGE VICTORY??
Jena Griswold acknowledged that the spreadsheet had been posted online for months to the Colorado Secretary of State’s Office website

Colorado Ping ( Let me know if you wish to be added or removed from the list.)
The Republicans, not the Libertarians, should be fully engaged in this matter. The former has deeper pockets than the latter. Are Colorado Republicans run by a RINO clique, as is the case in other states? In any case, better the Libertarian mouse that roared than the Republican cowardly lion.
