.... Runbeck Election Services and Hart InterCivic tabulators, many ballots are not registering. Toller noted that a batch of 50 ballots experienced a 32 percent failure rate.

To address the problem, three-person teams will verify the intent of the voter in a designated room before processing the duplicated ballots.

why no explaination of WHO would constitute these 3 person reveiw teams.
you would think it would be a repub, an indie and a dem
but the urinalist fails to ask and convey the question and answer in this article.
are they 3 communists in these teams ?
will this designated room have cameras to record and verify the activaties ?
or will it be a locked room with pizza boxs taped to the windows ?
this is beggining to feel like a sequal of several really bad dramas from 2022..
Elections office addresses printing error found on some Shasta County ballots
https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/4274567/posts
REDDING, Calif. — The Shasta County Elections Office says it found a print issue on some ballots that is impacting the ability to efficiently process ballots.
County Clerk and Registrar of Voters Tom Toller says the office has addressed the problem and pivoted their ballot processing procedures to ensure every eligible ballot is counted. He says it’s unclear exactly how many of the nearly 117,000 ballots issued are affected. ...
The error stems from an issue with ink overspray on some ballots which prevents election equipment from processing them, according to the Elections Office. They say it’s not visible to the naked eye and did not come up during pre-election testing.
.
Can anyone other than a batter in baseball have a 32% failure rate and keep his job? These are machines, but some (evidently unaccountable) human is responsible for their accuracy.
these are new machines bought after the last cycle.
new and improved i guess /$arc
It’s “unclear” how many are affected.
Sounds like the Cauliphonyans will be asking their Feral “judges” to allow them six months to a year to count their ballots. They are probably spread out all over the state in the trunks of cars and “mail in” dumpsters.
i think they are new machines
iirc
shasta citizens tried to get hand counted paper ballots sacramento , iirc, prevented that.
Will Repub and Demo observers be allowed to look over the three shoulders to make sure that “intent” is not miss-interpreted?
That’s exactly what happened.
Shasta County passed a hand count only ordinance and Gail Pellerin - former Santa Cruz County Clerk - was the designated hit girl for a bill in the Assembly that stomped Shasta county and mandated electronic vote counting. Thus validating what we all suspect: why would you mandate such a thing if you weren’t dependent on it for cheating?
It’s simple. If electronic devices are not 99.99% accurate, they should not be used for voting or tabulating.
One in ten ten thousand is still high for tabulating, but eight thousand out of ten thousand (equal to 32 in 40 - 80%) is unfathomable . . .
"Clearly a vote for Al Gore."
“To address the problem, three-person teams will verify the intent of the voter in a designated room before processing the duplicated ballots.”
A team of democrat operatives interoperate the ballot. In actuality they just go through their list on the computer and just check them all for the democrats. Its the same scam used in 2020.
Not sure what all of the whining here is about. Shasta County is a solidly red county.
2020 Presidential Vote
Republican 60,789 65.41%
Democrat 30,000 32.28%
Other 2,141 2.30%
Funny that dems got exactly 30,000 votes
You do have to clean the lenses every now and then.
mike mangas is usually a good journalist
im disappointed he didnt clarify who the 3 will be
if they are just election officials....im disconcerted.
