What if the people you so fear demographically become conservatives?

What if a lot of them fled the communism that Harris Biden Obama want to build here? And what if they hate communism and would kill to keep it from taking root here?

Of course I want all the illegals to be deported, but, the future demographics, when all is said and done, may not be the universal catastrophe you suppose.

Of course it is no longer 1980. But maybe unexpectedly good things are happening right before your eyes.

Sorry, I must go now and watch a Madison Square Garden rally packed with black, white, and hispanic New Yorkers who just spent the whole weekend waiting to get into an event for the extreme right wing MAGA candidate, Donald Trump.

I like your optimism, and in some areas I agree -- such as the possibility that the Latinos and even illegals swing Republican in the long run -- but I think otherwise you are a little unrealistic.

One thing I can tell you for certain, though: The day, even the very hour, that Latinos swing Republican... the Democrats will knock up an impenetrable border wall.

You are right Laz, and I admit being overly optimistic.

The silver lining I see, when I watch illegals cross the Rio Grande, is that there is an undeniable drive to their marching through the jungle for days (help or no help via buses and commie Catholic NGOs) to come here at great risk.

So many of their peers would not, putting the question of legality/illegality aside for a moment.

But based on the character of the immigrant workers I have seen in my home state (unknow legal status to be sure) who are pretty remarkable trowel tradesmen, gardeners, and even decent professionals, their drive to come here and succeed, at great risk, will be a plus for the country in the long run.

The Rats opened the border floodgates thinking they would get an instant permanent demographic overmatch, that all the immigrants would be Rats now and forevermore.

Methinks their strategy is in the long term going to blow up in their faces like a Romeo y Julieta with an M-80 inside of it.
