If the First Step Act is for reducing the served time of nonviolent drug offenders as the article says, then what does that have to do with Bannon? He isnt a drug offender.

I don’t like Bannon, but everyone with half a brain knows that his prosecutions and jailing were 100% political. They were a disgrace to this country and strong evidence that we are becoming a banana republic.
