A female high school student in Maine reportedly suffered a concussion and was left with vision impairment after a male student who identifies as female assaulted and bit her.

A male student, who identifies as transgender and recently started taking estrogen injections, assaulted a female classmate earlier this month at Mount Desert Island High School in Bar Harbor, Maine, according to a report by Maine Wire.

None of the school workers stopped the boy even though they were standing there. The only one who helped was the bus driver. Everybody is scared to interfere with the violence of Tampon Tim's heroes.

Teachers, administrators and coaches are generally not willing to get involved any more.

In my day (50s & 60s), we had strong, no-nonsense WW II vets who didn’t hesitate to bash and crack heads. We didn’t have all the woke BS that would have sent them to jail for laying a hand on a kid. Parents didn’t even think of suing.

Very few kids had a hand laid on them because everybody knew the consequences of falling out of line.

I’m a retired urban high school teacher. We were told by a school district lawyer that if we intervene in a fight, we’d be on our own. The district would not help us with any medical bills or legal costs.

We were supposed to call the police, and that’s it.

Most of us older teachers ignored that, and would step in anyway. But I can see where a younger teacher would freeze, and not know what to do.

The victim’s parents added that they believe the bus driver is a retired former police officer, and that the school is investigating him for breaking up the attack.

Mike Zboray, the superintendent of MDIRSS/AOS#91 — which includes Mount Desert Island High School — told Maine Wire that the bus driver has not been placed on leave but declined to comment on whether or not there is an investigation into his conduct.

6. Conclusions
We presented a series describing ophthalmological diseases in transgenders. An extensive review of the literature was provided, and possible associations with gender-affirming hormone therapy were discussed. Various background factors that induce ocular disease were identified. Therefore, additional studies are needed to evaluate their individual impact as risk factors, as well as the role of gender-affirming hormone therapy in ophthalmological disorders. Even though a direct cause-and-effect association between hormonal therapy and ophthalmological diseases cannot be stated, we wish to remind doctors and patients who use gender-affirming hormones of the need for ophthalmologic evaluations.

Yep. Most school administrators today are incompetent, woke cowards. They will not support any staff member who tries to do the right thing.

I hope the parents sue the school district for big bucks. A jury made up of angry parents just might do the right thing.
