Chinese Hackers Breached US Court Wiretap Systems: Report

Chinese hackers accessed the networks of US broadband providers and obtained information from systems that the federal government uses for court-authorised wiretapping, the Wall Street Journal reported on Saturday (Oct 5).

Verizon Communications, AT&T and Lumen Technologies are among the telecoms companies whose networks were breached by the recently discovered intrusion, the newspaper said, citing people familiar with the matter. The hackers might have held access for months to network infrastructure used by the companies to cooperate with court-authorised US requests for communications data, the Journal said. It said the hackers had also accessed other tranches of internet traffic.

China's foreign ministry responded on Sunday that it was not aware of the attack described in the report but said the United States had “concocted a false narrative” to “frame” China in the past.

There will be a lawyer who tries to use this in defense of their client. The wiretap evidence was compromised.

Found some digital recordings of bluetooth worn by parishioner who was really one of the FBI agents spying on Catholics in church to see if they were trying to have a Latin Mass.

And some registered Republicans saying they were going out to take their ballots to the city hall slot. Never made it.

Sounds like every text and call of every politician and important person has been monitored and recorded and they are being blackmailed.

Explains a lot.

I don’t believe the “hackers” story. Our government is riddled with people who hate America, or Chicom spies, or are incompetent, or greedy, or just don’t care. Likely every secret the government holds has been compromised.
