As far as I know, government agencies cannot accept cash donations. FEMA might be an exception (??).

"Mayorkas himself said it on camera!" That camera was just a rumor.! And that hurricane he was talking about was just a rumor. In fact, that Mayorkas guy doesn't even really exist, he's just a rumor..!
