There needs to be ads on Hispanic radio etc telling them if they vote and are not citizens the government can find them and deport them. Voting if you are not a citizen is a crime.
How about, “although if you are an illegal immigrant and vote, there is no proof you will be castrated before being deported, are you willing to take that chance?”
