In the Iran-Contra hearings to try to hurt Reagan, his supporter Col. Oliver North’s secretary Fawn Hall was said to have carried out some controversial documents in her bra and other underwear.

Historical (big hair fashion days) images below.

But if Walz tried the same thing, it may be hands off.

Can’t remember which action movie it was, but a guy stuffed evidence papers into his pants. One detective said “So it was
hidden in his shorts, right?” “Get somebody else over to handle the papers for me.”

I've a pretty good idea that Chinaboy Walz forwarded them off to his Chicom handlers. No doubt about it.

Yes, exactly: they were given to the CCP.

China won’t allow it.

They picked Biden, then biden picked Kamala. Probably at the suggestion of Biden’s chinese handlers. Now Waltz has a lot of ties to China. Looks like he was selected by the CCP as well.

When the manual went missing, Walz had just returned from one of his numerous China trips. The source says Walz was one of only a few who had access to the building where the top-secret manual was stored and was “often the only one there.” The source believes Walz stole the SOP manual and then later returned it.

One would think this story would be bigger than "Law enforcement today".

It wasn’t shortly after this the Chinese knockoff version of the M109 was released.

Some bits of this story are, at best, wild assed guesses from someone who is trying to stem wind their readers. If the “source” is as strong at the article contends, there are much larger media venues that would carry the story, but they might also have more sustantial questions that may make the source look bad.

I also have zero doubt Walz was worked as a CCP source for the past two decade and he could never pass a legitimate background check.

The M109 has been able to fire nukes from the outset. The 155mm W48 warhead entered service the same year as the M109 (1963).

The only difference with the M109A5 compared to earlier howitzers of the series is that it has the newer barrel and mount from the M109A6 Paladin thus giving older non-Paladin national guard units the same firing range as the active duty units equipped with the Paladin.

M109A1–A4: 18.1 km (11.2 mi) HE, 23.5 km (14.6 mi) RAP (Rocket Assisted Projectile)

M109A5–A7: HE: 21 km (13 mi) HE, 30 km (19 mi) RAP, 40 km (25 mi) Excalibur

The U.S. Army pulled all of its 155mm and 8 inch nuclear artillery shells out of Europe beginning in 1990-91. All of them, as well as those in CONUS and Asia were to be dismantled beginning in 1993 or there abouts. I remember reading about it before I retired from the Army. I had been out of nuclear capable field artillery units for about 5-6 years by then. The destruction of the nuke rounds began around 1993. I don’t know when the stockpiles were fully dismantled

The classified manual, even if the FA battalion didn’t practice nuclear operations, would still have been valuable to the Chinese and similar countries. If the Personnel Reliability Program was still in effect, I don’t see how Walz could have made trips to communist China without raising some concern.

June 4, 1994, was a Saturday, which is the most popular day for weddings. But June 3 would have been an easy date to remember too...the day that Billy Joe McAllister jumped off the Tallahatchie Bridge.

Hard evidence would be nice, though circumstances as presented are politically useful.

that it has the newer barrel and mount from the M109A6 Paladin

Actually, the barrel was the same as the M198 Towed, which was equipped on the Paladin as well.

I was an XO and a BC for a 155mm Battery from 86-94. There were no Classified SOPs, higher than FOUO.

Pretty sure there were no TS documents at the Battery or BN level.

Maybe the Ordinance type at depot level had something like that, but we never did.

“Missing” is the euphemism for given to his Chinese handlers.
