ST. LOUIS – Charges have been filed against a man accused of driving drunk and causing a crash that killed a St. Louis police officer over the weekend.
Officer David Lee was killed Sunday morning after responding to a one-vehicle crash on eastbound Interstate 70 near Grand Boulevard around 8:30 a.m., according to St. Louis Police Chief Robert Tracy.

First of all, a police officer assisting a motorist was struck and killed; then we find out the driver was drunk, and did not have a valid driver's license; then we find out he was in the US illegally; and then we find out he was already on probation for a domestic violence charge in 2020.
We are losing good Americans to people who should never be here.

I’m also concerned about the gradual corruption of our public officials by cartel money. Would a morally weak deputy making $40,000 a year be tempted by a $100,000 cartel bribe?

Well stated. People on FR and other conservative sites know about this problem, but most Americans are ignorant of it. They go through life sound asleep.
