Trump would win a 269-269 tie in the House though. As long as the Republicans flip two senate seats Vance would win in the senate. Would be crazy though if the Republicans don’t flip two senate seats, and we wind up with a Trump-Walz administration.
I’m not sure if I believe much polling, but I do believe that the Harris campaign has one very large problem. She is not a great candidate, and her avoidance of answering questions makes many people wary. Of course, those who are so inclined to vote for Democrats don’t care, but for people who actually take this seriously, she is not at all persuasive. The only real question in this race is, how many people are voting based on what they believe is good for the country, and how many are just voting for a party?
Very true! Law enforcement uses silence as a powerful interrogation tool.
:-(
The 269-269 tie is something that could happen, personally I don’t think it will but given the shift in electoral college votes due to the census and Nebraska changing their rules on awarding their electoral college votes.
Pollsters make it look neck-and-neck to make the steal look believable .
Fixed.
We should earn points off the Oprah interview - that was horrible beyond words. Kamala had the whole group of supporters looking like deer caught in headlights at one point.
archive.ph?
Oprah looked puzzled the whole time Kamala jabbered.
I just watched “Reagan” last weekend.
The MSM was saying “Reagan is in trouble” in 1984.
He only lost DC and MN
Yes archive.ph
It’s like the wayback machine, but it simages sites more quickly. if you hit a paywall, go to archive.ph and put the link in the second box on the page. look at the link, if it contains a ?, manually delete the ? and anything after that. then hit go. there’s a high chance it will take you to an image of the article.
Thanks for taking the time to explain... that’s a keeper.
A freeper taught it to me, so I gotta pass it on. Unfortunately it only works about 1/4 of the time on WSJ but more like 90% of the time for NYT.
Another tip is that you may have online access to newspapers through your local library. New York Public Library gives full access to the NYT, for example.
Great tip - thanks so much. Last time I looked up a news story in a library it was on microfiche... it's been awhile...
