Arizona Finds 100,000 Voters Lacking Citizenship Proof On Wrong List After Catching Noncitizen On Voter Rolls

In Arizona, voters need to provide documentary proof of citizenship to register to vote in statewide elections. Those who do not provide proof are registered as “federal-only” voters, which allows them to cast a ballot only in federal elections. But the state says it discovered nearly 100,000 voters on the rolls who did not provide documentary proof of citizenship when registering to vote but were nonetheless tagged as eligible to vote in both state and federal elections.

Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer flagged an “erroneous voter registration record” to Democrat Gov. Katie Hobbs on Sept. 7. A green card holder who, as a noncitizen, is legally prohibited from voting, had ended up on the voter rolls as a full-ballot voter, according to VoteBeat.

The state ultimately found approximately 97,000 voters who are currently listed as full-ballot voters despite having not fulfilled the requirement to provide documentary proof of citizenship to vote in statewide elections. The office of Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes claimed most of the voters are “Republican.”

Many of these 97,000 may well be citizens legally registered to vote, but have not provided proof of citizenship when they initially registered to vote. This would include citizens who possess a driver’s license issued before 1996. I believe AZ issues 20 year drivers licenses, so this would include any citizen with a drivers license that expires in 2025. Richers, Fontes and Hobbs will use this to block legitimate citizens from voting primarily in Republican districts.

The AZ GOP should be suing both Maricopa county and the State now to at a minimum allow such voters to vote if they present evidence of citizenship (US birth certificate, passport or naturalization documents) at the polling location. Also they should encourage such registered republican voters who are citizens to renew they driver licenses early.

I might add that it is good to see that Arizona is comparing Voter Registration Lists to the REAL ID Driver’s License lists.

And I will also add that the Democrat run States have been slow to implement REAL ID because they do not want any evidence that would show a Registered Voter is, in fact, a non-citizen.

Kamala Harris is NOT qualified under Article II, section one, clause 5 of the US constitution to be eligible to assume the office of POTUS or VPOTUS either. It seems to be impossible to have this matter directly adjudicated by an Article III court for the first time in US history, or her constitutional qualifications determined by any state for ballot access.

So why does ANY of this other election fraud surprise surprise us?

Could it be that during the McCain years in Arizona that he was encouraging his followers to register non-citizens to vote in Arizona?

There are definitely some skeletons in the closet that the AZ Republicans do not want anyone to see.

Yes.

But to be clear, I was referring to Hobbs.

(and then back to your comment)
