"Wednesday evening in Springfield, community members gathered in peaceful protest of the false claims about Haitians."

This is the first line of the article, yet there is no evidence to support it. Other than Haitians, the only people quoted in the article who attended the "protest" drove into Springfield from elsewhere.

The article falsely claims that "community members" gathered in protest (of false claims).

The article falsely claims that "community members" gathered in protest (of false claims).

When it serves the Left, journalists like to s-t-r-e-t-c-h the meaning of the word "community."

They will, for instance, write of the "gay community" - meaning all homosexuals on the planet.

Unless preceded by the word "local," it's meaningless.

Regards,
