Fair enough. But this doesn't mean she's on the streets, and it doesn't mean she won't stand trial.

I happen to know this particular judge, and he's got a reputation of being tough on crime. The decision that she isn't competent to stand trial was inevitable. But fortunately, Ohio does permit incarceration of people who are deemed mentally ill but dangerous.
