Haiti has been a basket case for a very long time. The poorest country in the Western Hemisphere. So Biden/Harris have facilitated about 10% of the population to relocate in the US—and counting as tens of thousands come in each month. They are strategically placed to change the electoral demographics. Look where they placed the Somalis.
