Can you imagine what would happen if Putin provided missiles to Cuba or Mexico. And they started shooting those missiles deep into the United States, at oil refineries in Louisiana and Houston… even at DC.

Britain has 224 nuclear warheads. That's about 2/3 of all the cities or towns in Russia with a population of 50k or more. France has 290.
.. The Ukrainian army is not able to strike with modern, high-decision, long-range systems. It can’t do this. It is only possible with intelligence data from satellites that Ukraine doesn’t have, data that’s only from satellites of the European Union, the USA, Nato satellites.
Ukraine can purchase hi-res satellite data from commercial sources and figure out the geocoordinates. Second, provision of intel is not an act of war: we provided satellite intel to Iraq during the Iran Iraq War because we did not want Iran to win.
Russia is nuclear armed, Ukraine is not. No one is proposing to put nukes on the missiles. At least not yet.
