Pardon time.

Of course, upon conviction he gets pardon from Joe.

Those were the maximums. He’ll probably get a suspended sentence and a $100 fine. It probably won’t even merit a pardon.

He will do it right after the election. He doesn’t want to screw up Harris’s chances with such a wretched display of family squalor.

“”””Hunter Biden was attentive. He was looking at his attorneys sharply,””””
I believe it would be more accurate to write:
“””Hunter Biden was attentive. He was looking at his GET OUT OF JAIL FREE CARD sharply,”
To: hardspunned
Daddy will probably forget to Pardon them.

It's easy to see how,and when, most of the members of the Biden Crime Family get their pardons. But how does The Big Guy get his?
If Kommie loses does he resign before January 20th and let her pardon him? If she wins it's hard for me to see her doing so...it would damage her enormously as it did to Gerald Ford.

“””Right, on Joe’s last day in office the pardon will come!”””
Hunter wants his pardon ASAP. Hunter knows that the ‘10% to the big guy’ could drop dead at any moment.
To: hardspunned
It won’t matter. He’ll either get a slap on the wrist or his dad will pardon him.
To: hardspunned
Yep. 1 second after the gavel falls, he will be pardoned.
To: hardspunned
Pardon, time served, community service what ever way this goes down, it means justice is a joke and the law abiding American citizen gets the shaft.

I disagree. I think he will get sentenced, file an appeal or otherwise delay sentence implementation, and then Joe will pardon him after the election.

But how does The Big Guy get his? Didn't Robert Hur already establish that Biden is too senile to prosecute?

Pardons should not be allowed if the “pardonee” enters a voluntary plea of guilty.
