Biden Admin Dismisses Noncitizen Voting Because It’s ‘Already Illegal’ (Just Like Shoplifting And Drunk Driving)
Federalist ^ | September 04, 2024 | Brianna Lyman

White House Press Sec. Karine Jean-Pierre reassured reporters Tuesday that “it is already illegal for non-citizens to vote in federal elections.” Cue the nationwide sigh of relief: At last, we can sleep easy knowing noncitizens won’t vote, because — surprise! — it’s against the law.

But do you know what else is also “already illegal?”

Drunk driving. Yet roughly one million people are arrested each year in the United States for drunk driving, according to Better Life Recovery & Wellness, and “results from surveys show that this number represents only a small portion of the actual number of alcohol-impaired drivers behind the wheel each year.”

It’s also “already illegal” for someone under the age of 21 to buy or drink alcohol, yet 12.6 million people between the ages of 12 and 20 have reported having at least one alcoholic drink in their life, according to the 2023 National Survey on Drug Use and Health.

It’s “already illegal” to steal a motor vehicle, yet 83,220 people were arrested in 2020 for allegedly doing just that, according to the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention. Similarly, 67,900 people were also arrested in 2020 for alleged, “already illegal” robbery.

Jean-Pierre — who works for the administration that has seen millions of people illegally enter the United States — should know better than anyone that just because something is “illegal” doesn’t mean it’s not happening.

How else did 41 noncitizens cast a ballot in North Carolina in 2016? Or how did 11,198 noncitizens reportedly end up on Pennsylvania’s voter rolls? We have been reliably informed that it can’t happen because casting a ballot as a noncitizen or registering to vote as a noncitizen is “already illegal!”

It could be because the current federal voter registration form simply asks prospective voters to check a box affirming they’re telling the truth that they are a citizen, which amounts to nothing more than the honor system, as Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, previously clarified in these pages.

That’s why Speaker Mike Johnson is reportedly tying the Republican-led Safeguarding American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act to a continuing resolution that would fund the government through March.

The SAVE Act would amend the 1993 National Voter Registration Act and require documentary proof of citizenship in order to register to vote. That means individuals who cannot prove their citizenship would not end up on the voter rolls.

You might think Democrats would support keeping foreign nationals out of our elections after they spent years breathlessly lamenting alleged foreign election interference on behalf of former President Donald Trump.

But it must have been fake outrage, because 198 Democrats voted against the opportunity to safeguard our elections and keep foreign nationals out of them in July — and their reasoning was similar to that of Jean-Pierre’s.

“It is against the law for noncitizens to register to vote and to vote in federal elections,” Rep. Joseph Morelle, D-N.Y., previously said in opposition to the bill.

“We know that it is already illegal for noncitizens to vote in federal elections,” Rep. Terri Sewell, D-Ala., said. “Under current law, noncitizens would face up to five years in prison for attempting to vote in federal elections and even risk being deported.”

But as The Federalist CEO and co-founder Sean Davis noted in a Wednesday post on X, banning states from “confirming citizenship when votes are cast” would “be like having a law that bans speeding… and then bans any method for detecting speed.”

This concluding statement pretty much summarizes the idiocy of the Democrat position on non-citizens who Register to Vote.

Entering this country without permission is ‘already illegal’ and see what they are doing about that?

Someone needs to ask them what would the response be if all the illegals were voting for Trump.

So I guess that means no more anti-gun legislation. Murdering people is already illegal too.

"Biden Admin Dismisses Noncitizen Voting Because It’s ‘Already Illegal’ (Just Like Shoplifting And Drunk Driving)"

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

Regarding the deceptive (imo), "already illegal" law that the OBiden Administration is claiming makes it illegal for illegal aliens to vote, Democratic and Republican Trump supporters need to be aware of disturbing wording in this Trojan Horse law that has wrongly been approved by all three branches of the deep state federal government.

From related threads, here are MAJOR constitutional problems with states and feds allowing illegal aliens to vote to help keep desperate elite Democrats and RINOs in power.

Democratic and Republican Trump supporters need to question why career lawmakers passed the law that that we're hearing about (scroll to the bottom of the referenced page of course) that seems to have a “hole” in it like Trump's border wall, smoking gun wording that is arguably a loophole that makes it easier for illegal immigrants to get way with illegally voting imo.

"(3) the alien reasonably believed at the time of voting in violation of such subsection that he or she was a citizen of the United States."

Contrast this unconstitutional (imo) provision in the law with the fact that women citizens had to fight long and hard to win their suffrage, evidenced by the 19th Amendment.

"19th Amendment: The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.

Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."

Again, this Democratic and RINO unconstitutional, pro-illegal alien voting loophole is a slap in the face to women citizen voters who ultimately had fight for a constitutional amendment to win their right to vote imo.

What's even worse is the compromised (imo) Supreme Court has already officially shrugged off this alien-supporting loophole.

The Court's misguided decision (imo) concerning Arizona case noted, do institutionally indoctrinated Supreme Court justices possibly not know that the post-Civil War congressional record shows that lawmakers were concerned that renegade states who allowed illegal aliens to vote would be wrongly nullifying the Constitution's "Uniform Rule of Naturalization Clause," which elite Democrats are now wrongly trying to do imo.

In fact, Section 2 of the 14th Amendment (14A), that amendment ratified shortly after the excerpts above appeared in the congressional record, is a penalty for states where ballot box fraud has occurred.

Note the zero tolerance "hair triggers" in that section that should be a warning for any state thinking about rigging an election, triggers that Pence and the J6 Congress wrongly ignored imo when they voted to accept OBiden's electoral votes in 2020 despite allegations of vote-counting problems.

With Section 2 in mind, consider that if this were a better world, the feds would be reminding all states before an election that the feds will be darkening the doorway of any state to investigate allegations of possible violations of constitutional voting integrity protections.

Allowing illegal aliens to vote not only wrong nullifies the "Uniform Rule of Naturalization Clause," but also wrongly weakens the constitutionally enumerated voting protections of all qualified citizen voters.

So while post-Civil War lawmakers were concerned about renegade states who might try to nullify the "Uniform Rule of Naturalization Clause" by allowing illegals to vote, all three branches of the corrupt federal government have arguably joined renegade states who are now effectively wrongly trying to nullify that clause by using illegal aliens to rig elections imo.

Since Congress has repeatedly proven that it is an enemy of the people imo, it is now up to Democratic and Republican Trump supporters to effectively "impeach and remove" ALL (exceptions?) state and federal lawmakers and executives in November. Patriots need to support hopeful Trump 47 with a new, Constitution-respecting Congress, new state lawmakers too, not only so that he will not be a lame duck president from the first day of his second term, but will support him to quickly finish draining the swamp.

Finally, let's not allow the anti-Trump media try to fade our memories of what we witnessed on July 13.

Rep. Terri Sewell, D-Ala., said. “Under current law, noncitizens would face up to five years in prison for attempting to vote in federal elections and even risk being deported.”

There is the rub. The illegal will not be voting. The illegal didn’t have a permanent residence when they were registered by the NGO. The ballot will be mailed to the NGO and it will be filled out and harvested by the NGO.

If the illegal gets caught, the illegal goes to jail and the ballot was already counted.

The left cares so little for these “disadvantaged people of color” that they are plotting to discard them to the wind. Just so the ballot is counted.

Thanks for posting those details. Because of your postings, I took the time to read the 2013 SCOTUS decision on Arizona’s Constitution regarding non-citizen registering to vote.

I will continue to post stories about non-citizens voting and hope you will do the same.

It is pretty obvious that the DEEP STATE game plan for the 2024 election is to get millions of non-citizens Registered to Vote. Note that I did not say Democrat game plan. The anti-Trump Republicans are also part of the game plan.

If you outlaw abortions, they will just happen illegally. However, if you outlaw guns we’ll all be safe.
