The following is an update from SpaceX:
"SpaceX is targeting Thursday, September 5 for a Falcon 9 launch of the NROL-113 mission from Space Launch Complex 4 East (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. The launch window opens at 8:20 p.m. PT."

Today’s scrubbed attempt turned up in the YT feed tonight, it was already past tense, and the video is over 58 minutes long — 58 minutes of the rocket setting there, and the scrub doesn’t take place until 56 or 57 I think. I’m just glad I fast forwarded to watch the launch and found out that way. :^)

A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket will launch a batch of 21 Starlink V2 Mini satellites, including 13 Direct to Cell satellites, to low Earth orbit. Following stage separation, the first stage booster, B1077, will land on the droneship, ‘Just Read the Instructions,’ in the Atlantic Ocean. Scrubbed Sept. 4 due to recovery weather.
