"SpaceX is targeting Thursday, September 5 for a Falcon 9 launch of the NROL-113 mission from Space Launch Complex 4 East (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. The launch window opens at 8:20 p.m. PT."

If atmospherics and the timing is right (near enough to sunset or sunrise) I can well see the rocket from east of Phoenix, 505 miles away as the crow flies.

Today’s scrubbed attempt turned up in the YT feed tonight, it was already past tense, and the video is over 58 minutes long — 58 minutes of the rocket setting there, and the scrub doesn’t take place until 56 or 57 I think. I’m just glad I fast forwarded to watch the launch and found out that way. :^)
