I saw that vid and it was exposed as fake. Though... Even better would be the residents being allowed to arm themselves and shoot these bastards dead.
Why not just call out the militia (citizens)? It’s constitutional. A quarter million men and women patrolling the streets is a good way to attrit all gangs and illegal activity.
The police would arrest the bikers.

Form a well regulated militia and go after them. We would be removing a foreign enemy.
That’s exactly what we need. Bikers or gangs of former operators who can come in, clean house, make lots of noise and soundlessly leave. The citizens will gladly stack the bodies.
