Been a lull in really fun creative cooking here

Still experimenting but lots of time consuming complications take priority

It’s usually his and her meals

Today his: sausage biscuits and sausage gravy and cheddar cheese omelette ( all scratch except Pillsbury helped with biscuits.) Jeff asked why I didn’t just use the gravy in can. Groan Used James Dean sausage

Today hers: sautéed onion, garlic, green beans. Combined with jasmine rice, baked tofu and a bottled Thai sauce. Just stuff I had on hand mixed together. It was really good

” Jeff asked why I didn’t just use the gravy in can?”
LOL
*SIGH*
You know, I can cook anything from Chinese to Indian
and back again, but plain ol’ bread?
I massacre it!

Last time I tried it-when it came out of the oven
Mr.B gently asked me what it was,
I said sadly “It’s bread.”

After which, he gave it last rites..

Even the flippin’ DOG wouldn’t eat it!
