Sounds good. Do you just sauté the sliced plantain in butter and season? I’ve never made it. It was popular when I lived in Panama but never even tried it.
I coat the sliced plantains in olive oil and salt, then 425 degrees for 10 minutes on one side, then the same on the other side.
