That’s likely the Harris campaign plan.
From what I’ve seen here, it may backfire. The hurricane is bringing people closer together, I am seeing so many posts from locals either offering help and services or thanking people that didn’t even give their name but donated food, rides, whatever people needed.
A common enemy will do the same. From the number of gun safes we saw when house hunting, people will fight back
