The decision to nullify @elonmusk
compensation package is a perfect example of the issues in our justice system. We now have activists in robes.
In this case the judge:
- was a partner at a law firm that donated large sums to Joe Biden
- she was appointed to the court by Governor John Carney who has been friends with Joe Biden for 40 years
- this is the same court Hunter Biden claimed to know every single judge in
- this is the same judge who ruled against him in two prior cases
- she rejected a compensation package that 72% of the companies shareholders voted to approve
- also ordered Musk to pay 345 million dollars in attorneys fees (what do they charge like 100,000 dollars an hour)
- rubber stamped one of the largest fees awarded in securities legislation
- the court has a history of rubber stamping mega fee requests that seem unethical at best and fraudulent at worst, look at the case involving Transperfect Global
Sounds like a combination of weaponized justice against someone who pissed off the Democratic Party and the Biden administration and a court that seems to be a revolving door of judges that were partners at major connected law firms who approve insane attorneys fees as kickbacks.

This is astounding. This will further fuel Elon’s determination to wipe the government free of these activists, wherever possible.
I don’t know a lot about this whole “pardoning” business. I understand Humper has been “pardoned” from prosecution for any and all crimes that may or may not have been committed through December 2024.
So, if Humper decides, in a drug-fueled rage, to off somebody (I don’t have anyone in particular in mind *Joe*), can he do that, and nobody can touch him?
I was thinking this morning that the first restaurant/fast food outlet that complies with the new health czar and offers up Bobby Approved dine in and take out food is going to make a fortune.

Victor Willis, the singer behind YMCA, has released a message thanking President Trump for dancing to his song. He said the song has “benefited greatly” from Trump’s use.
Willis also reiterated that the song is not a gay anthem and may sue news outlets calling it gay.
“Sadly, when the President-Elect started using the song, people attempting to brand the song as a gay anthem reached a fever pitch as many used it to say, “Oh, Trump doesn’t know the song is a gay anthem?” This was done in a manner to attempt to shame the President-Elect’s use of the song.”
