Is Biden still on the ballot?

The only way to prevent Kennedy from appearing on the ballot would have been for him to not have submitted his nomination paperwork. Short of that, Jacobs said, the only way a candidate can be removed from the ballot is if the candidate died.

I suspect that option is being considered by those in authority behind the scenes; it has worked for them in previous generations.

What are you talking about? Hoist on what petard? You are misreading the tea leaves. RFK wants off the ballot so there is no confusion. This hurts Trump.

Seems to me Wisconsin Dem election czars might want to consult with their Democrat colleague election commissar in Maine who unilaterally decided to throw Trump off the ballot “just because”. Somehow, I don’t think these Wisconsin partisans would object to a Trump request to remove his name from the ballot

“Somehow, I don’t think these Wisconsin partisans would object to a Trump request to remove his name from the ballot.”

They’d stay up all night with a black marker, lining him off of every single ballot issued in the state!

“Is Biden still on the ballot?”

Real good question.

Did Harris go through the process of getting her name on the ballot?

Didn’t Biden drop out. Is he still on the ballot?

He could have been honest and said it is like this:

Anyone who might hurt Trump must remain on the ballot whether they want to or not. Anyone who might draw votes from the Democrat party establishment (like Cornell West) must be booted off.

Follow the pattern.

Hoist, my gluten maximus...

From 2006...

Update: Is ‘vote flipping’ an e-voting problem or user error?

It's now about who counts the votes. And high tech is the ONLY way to steal a landslide.

The deadline has not passed in Wisconsin to replace Biden on the ballot. Here’s why.

Speculation — and misinformation — has surrounded what could happen if President Joe Biden decided to exit the presidential race. Now, he has announced he’s leaving the race and has endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris.

The speculation included multiple posts on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, that the deadline to replace Biden on the ballot has passed in Wisconsin.

“I’ve been telling you for days. Deadlines have passed in Nevada and Wisconsin and Republicans are absolutely willing to fight to keep any replacement nominee/ticket off,” a now-deleted post read.

The conservative Heritage Foundation indicated they were eyeing legal challenges in states with deadlines they believed posed obstacles to replacing Biden. Wisconsin, Georgia and Nevada were included.

Other posts, including one from July 8, 2024, show social media users believe “Democrats missed the deadline to remove Biden off the ballot in certain states like Wisconsin, Georgia or Nevada.”

Deadline for Democratic Party to place nominees on Wisconsin’s ballot is September 3

Your information about the state of Georgia is incorrect. Biden has until September 4th.
