What does ‘recent’ mean, and why section 60 only?

Not sure what they’re definition of recent is but I suspect the section just means where the new
interments are.

My dad is buried in the veterans cemetery in my county and every time I go out there, there is a new section filling up, so it just happened to be section 60 at this time.

Yeah, what does "recent" mean? This book on Section 60 was published 10 years ago. That predates Trump's first candidacy. How long has Section 60 existed? And how long has this rule been enforced?

So then-President Obama was never photographed in that section?

Or later, then-President Trump?
