Newsweek ^ | 27 Aug 2024 | By Andrew Stanton

Texas Governor Greg Abbott announced on Monday that 6,500 noncitizens were removed from the Lone Star State's voter rolls ahead of the 2024 presidential race, following several other Republican-led states that have done so in recent weeks.

Abbott announced on Monday that more than one million voters, including 6,500 noncitizens, have been removed from the state's voter rolls.

Others removed from the voter rolls included 6,000 voters convicted of a felony, more than 457,000 people who have died, 463,000 voters on the suspense list, 134,000 who responded to a confirmation notice indicating they have moved, 65,000 who did not respond to a notice of examination and 19,000 who requested to cancel their registration....

In Alabama, Secretary of State Wes Allen wrote in an August 13 press release that he identified 3,251 noncitizens registered to vote in the state ...

In 2020 it looks like almost 11,000,000 people voted in Texas. So if Abbott just cleared out 1 million from the voting rules, then he almost gave taxes at 10% haircut in registered voters. This is great news, and I’m sure it puts a huge dent in this left wing effort to turn Texas blue

Here’s a point. They don’t belong here legally so if correctly vanquished from voter rolls in Texas or another state, couldn’t they move to yet another? Maybe the taxpayers or Soros could relocate them in a swing state.

As they say in bail hearings “Your honor, he has no ties to the community and is a flight risk.”

Virginia may end up being the surprise of the election. With clean voter rolls, I suspect Trump has a legitimate chance of taking the state. A win in Virginia would offset a loss in either Arizona or Wisconsin. Virginia has 13 electoral votes. AZ has 11, WI has 10, GA has 16, MI has 15 and PA has 19.

If you’ve had a loved one die since the last election, make sure to notify your city/county election official so their identity isn’t stolen and they end up voting from the grave. Also, if you moved.

”6,500 noncitizens, have been removed from the state's voter rolls.”

They should be arrested and conspicuously charged with every conceivable crime. The punishment must be so extreme that no other illegals will take a chance on it.

Florida will not be following Texas because it has bad federal judges. In May 2024 one of them forbade our AG from enforcing DeSantis's ban on non-citizens canvassing their communities for voter registrants.

Once the judge ruled the canvassers were ok to continue, the handwriting was on the wall. The Order has not been appealed that I can tell, so DeSantis has no clear path to purge the voting rolls, and I can tell you there are millions of illegals here in Florida who were NOT here in 2020 and in 2022.

In those elections there were already thousands of illegals already voting. So Trump is going to lose Florida's electoral votes. Which would be both historic and fatal. The fix is in. See the FR thread on the Florida federal judge's Order at:

They couldn’t make a go of it in their own country. They should have fought to make their home a decent place or, at the very least, applied to come legally. Back when America was starting people came here and either sank or swam. There was no welfare, no free schooling, no free medical care. It took courage and grit and that’s the kind of people who made this country. Those who come here illegally take from others, most are weak and takers not makers. Those are not the kind of people who should vote for more largess for themselves.

Only four states?!

Cleaning voter’s roll is the very first step to have a clean election.
It should be done everywhere, all the time.

The noncitizens usually do not vote, it is risky for them as if they get caught, they may end up in jail. But good that they are now being caught.

They main problem are rolls swollen by the people who moved out, or died. There are also “helpful” people who gladly vote for the homeless and indigent.

Unfortunately, there are vested interests who like having swollen rolls, so they can harvest those ballots.

Believe or not, in AZ, they tried to pass a law to automatically purge dead from the rolls, once the dead certificate is issue.
And, some people on the left were opposing!
Unbelievable!

>>>Virginia may end up being the surprise of the election. With clean voter rolls<<

Yesterday,I read that Cornell West had qualified to appear on the Virginia presidential ballot. If that is accurate,it would also be helpful!

Except it will have no effect at least here in PA. They can run as many ballots thru the counting machines for the mail ins from city of chester and Philly to make up for about 500K actual voters. There are no audit controls on any election process in the entire US.

The most important thing about the map is not one swing state has done this.

IMO-—THE LAWS SHOULD READ:

EVERY SINGLE DEATH CERTIFICATE SHOULD HAVE A COPY SENT TO COUNTY/STATE REGISTRAR OF VOTERS.

A state that is unwilling/unable to keep their voter rolls clean should not be able to vote in any election of any kind. Last I checked, that falls under the purview of each states’ SOS as well as the County Clerk of each county with the SOS having the final say.

Noncitizens caught registering to vote are having their registrations cancelled in a few states. No arrest, no fine, no jail, no deportation, no permanent ban, no punishment at all.

The lesson to illegals is that there is no risk is registering and voting.

Government should use the full weight of government to scare everyone from committing these crimes — like they do with old ladies praying outside of abortion clinics.
