Car companies don't make sedans anymore because the car companies skirted the MPG rules by making more SUVs. How helpful was that to the environment?

Tesla survived only because the government forced the companies making ICE vehicles to pay Tesla a penalty fee for not making enough EVs.

Talk about mismanaging the market.

Let car companies make the cars that people want. Let the EPA run commercials shaming idiots into being overly concerned about the environment and see how many suckers go for econoboxes and EV firetraps.
