What President has ever done that? Sure, Presidents have expressed regrets over some very specific situations or particular decisions

But this would be Bush coming out and saying "all my major projects in 8 years were a total disaster!"

He might even double down on it like his VP Dick Cheney who saw nothing wrong in what they did.
