Rumble CEO Chris Pavolvski announced on Sunday that he has escaped France and departed communist Europe.
Pavlovski, who runs one of the largest social media companies in the world in Rumble, has always vowed to make his platform an oasis for free speech unlike the far-left tyrants at Google-YouTube who allow leftists to spew unlimited amount of lies but will not allow conservative voices a voice on the platform without restrictions.

France has threatened Rumble, and now they have crossed a red line by arresting Telegram’s CEO, Pavel Durov, reportedly for not censoring speech.

Oh yeah. I have considered the question daily for quite a while now. And I have consistently said that I will stand and fight if/when they come for me. Why? Two realities. One, they’ll probably be there to kill me anyway, since anyone on the opposition side will automatically be “expendable”. Two, going down fighting is better than living in a concentration or death camp. And yes, history often does, and probably will, repeat itself. I figure that even if I just take ‘one’ of them with me, that’s one less ahole someone else on our side will have to deal with.

I know what you mean, but at different levels, there is in-between. There is subsidiarity. For example, classroom rules, privacy, confidentiality, etc. FR has guidelines, too.
Still amateur hour over there at Rumble. Too many ads. Slow loading at times. I won’t watch a video on Rumble at this point. I hope they can get it together and become a real alternative to YouTube.

We’ve been around long enough to know what these Marxists/Maoists are capable of and what they’re no doubt planning (leftists are consistent in their evil goals and tactics).
A lot of people will cave and kneel to their new masters out of fear and due that “normalcy bias” that they’ll be desperately grasping and holding on to. If all of this goes down here in America, I don’t plan to die for nothing. I owe it to my ancestors who ‘did die for something’ to at least put up a fight.
And let’s face it. Due to the leftist bent (Democrats) in the US, this nation hasn’t been a “representative republic” for decades now. It has been morphing slowly into what the commies have wanted all along. They think they are finally realizing their commie goals (thus, all their “joy” BS). They think wrong. As usual.

You would need to know for a fact that it is not. It can be presumed that they would monitor Free Republic, because that’s where troublemakers put their heads together. And since Free Republic is contributed to internationally, it is more dangerous then parents at school board meetings, and Latin-language mass attendants. If they are monitoring them, they are monitoring Free Republic.

There are strategic considerations. During the Mandate, there were three principal groups of Jewish militants. Tzahal collaborated with the British but fought Arab marauders, and when they could smuggled in refugees from Europe. Etzel openly fought the British but also kept incognito wherever possible. Menachem Begin had a price on his head, and was in hiding more often than in action. Then there was Lehi, which were out and out no surrender or retreat, fighting the British, and carried arms with them at all times, since their leader Moshe Stern was captured, and summarily executed even though he surrendered. So they were determined to fight in all circumstances. They are the ones responsible for the murder of Lord Moynh, and were generally loose cannons. Ironically, they agreed to put their campaign against the British in abeyance and to go fight alongside the British in Europe together with the Palmach fighters of Tzahal. Thus, they were never prosecuted for the murder of Moynh. Etzel, in contrast, refused to go along and were therefore informed on and hunted down. Their one-time leader, Yaakov Meridor, spent a few years in a Sudan prison, until he and his fellow inmates escaped and walked all the way back to Israel just in time to fight in the War of Independence. Menachem Begin, however, remained active but in hiding, executing many daring raids on the British, and also smuggling refugees, amassing arms, fighting Arab marauders, etc.
So, there you have three models to emulate. I’d suggest, as I have many times, developing an infrastructure under the radar to support logistically any putative resistance, producing food, armaments, technical gizmos, etc., and above all else communication, for which Free Republic is woefully inadequate, since the Deep State definitely has its eyes on this forum.
