he’s systematically disarming the libtards so they have NO weapons against us. We MUST win. This is war.

That is one tough political call.

Trump’s position is and seems to always have been that there should be no federal abortion laws, pro or against. I’m fine with that. The abortion battle should be fought in the states.

If it is the law, he has to obey it. Leave that play in the democrat playbook.

Former President Donald Trump again drew outrage from pro-life organizations this week after he said he would not ban the distribution of abortion pills by mail if elected, drawing outrage from pro-life organizations.
The abortion issue has been returned to the states, where it belonged all along. Each state has its own laws, according to the wishes of the people of those states. That's as it should be - this is not a federal matter, and people getting mad at Trump for not backing a new federal law against abortion (which would never pass Congress and would probably be struck down by the Supreme Court, which just returned the issue to the states) need to get a grip.

“We can’t ignore the rule of law and pick and choose the laws that we want to enforce,” Kristi Hamrick of Students for Life of America told Politico.
That’s one of the President’s powers, Kristi. Technically he is not supposed to ignore a law completely, but he has a very wide leeway about prioritizing how he’s going to allocate government resources to enforce the laws, which allows him to effectively ignore them, as Obama ignored prosecuting people smoking marijuana, or Biden and Trump ignored all the governors violating civil rights during the COVID lockdowns.

The President should not really pick and choose which laws to obey.
It is the Democrat's selective law enforcement that brought us to this brink.

Intelligent pro-life voters know they are FAR better off with Trump than Harris, and that in order to win a majority he must moderate his position on abortion somewhat. Any talk of complete bans on abortion or limiting access to “morning after” pills will badly hurt his chances.
Let’s just hope most pro-lifers are intelligent.

The problem for him is that the US Postal Service is a Constitutionally authorized function.

The law is from 1873...... and it infringes on the 10th Amendment.
Abortion is a state right. Let the states decide.

It is not a tough political call.
Realistically, the USPS needs to be outright abolished and all mail/packages can easily be handled by the private sector to prevent all of this electioneering chicanery.

I agree that abortion should be decided state by state... BUT I also believe that it is the obligation of the chief executive officer to enforce the law whether they agree with it or not.
If you don’t like the law change it, but until it is changed I expect a president to keep their oath of office
To: SeekAndFind
In these interviews, when asked, he needs to say ONLY: “Each state is responsible for its own laws on this subject.” That’s IT! After that, shut his trap.
