Perhaps the food court is the way to go. Lots of variety and each operation can be individual or immigrant family run.
Another possibility is factory made and wrapped submarine sandwiches. Order and pay at a counter. Sit down at a table, unwrap, apply condiments in bottles and eat away. It only takes one person to be on duty.
The way to go is to vote all democrats out of office. Problem solved.
