Maybe it only lowers the IQ in Nonwhite kids

Two times daily brushing of teeth, mouthwash with fluoride, and water in the drinking water. I wonder if that is enough to be counted as causing harm?

This is something that is done without informed consent, and there is NO way to control the dosage of this non essential chemical that is added to the water. The unborn recieve it their mothers womb, its in the water when you shower, its used in the processing plants that manufacture food.
Floride is a waste product that is marketed as a "beneficial" additive and allows processors to avoid the cost of its disposal by disposing it in your water and body.
