Oh, surely not! Why, surely an American public servant wouldn’t willingly aid and abet the destruction of a major city, would he?

At least with Gov. Kathleen Blanco, she let the people of New Orleans be flooded out of their homes and stranded in the city by Hurricane Katrina because she paralyzed by the fear doing something that would make President George W. Bush look good.
