"Spoke up" or just "quit and walked away"? Germans who just refused to participate in the Holocaust weren't generally punished according to most accounts. Able-bodied males might end up in a combat unit, but so did a lot of other able-bodied males.
"Speaking up" on any topic critical of the regime, on the other hand, would land a person in considerable trouble.
Not a big fan of prosecuting 99yo secretaries, though. They let a lot of the big fish go in the 1950's and 1960's, and are now trying to virtue-signal by prosecuting the nearly-dead junior underlings.
