The MI governor who failed to respond to several requests for a simple explanation or clarification of state law (not requests to change anything). When we inquired about making a substantial investment in MI. All she had to do was refer the question to her tax agency or policy department and all they needed to do was reply with a one or two sentence email.

She didn’t bother hitting her Forward key... so the money did not get invested in MI.

I’d say that she’s not on the top of my list for anything regarding the economy or jobs that investment brings to a state or community.
