Fox News laughing that there is a 10-minute video that's supposed to precede Biden's appearance. Maybe they will bump the tribute video, too?

What a send-off. Everybody runs so long praising Biden that there is no more time for Biden himself, or the package they prepared as his retirement send-off. I hope he at least got a nice watch out of it.
