That sounds like Mexico was going to pay for the wall. How are you going to get no asset illegals to repay anything at all? They more often as not have no education, compound their crime of entering the US with more crimes, kill and injure Americans, and product anchor babies as quickly as possible to avoid deportation. And almost all end up collecting public services, work illegally or get job permits.

Stop them at the border, cancel the benefits, including job permits. Force them to self-deport or incentivize law enforcement to round them up. How about a bounty on them?
