Remember so many illegals that got released into the country and given a court date? Those that did/do not show up lose their case and the court rules they are under deportation orders. That means they had their day in court and they can be immediately deported.

Many others did go to court and lost their case as about 80% do. Now they are also under court ordered deportation and can be immediately deported.

All of those illegals can be immediately deported and should have already but the Biden bunch chose to drag their feet and allow most to stay.

Illegals who are in jail now or have been convicted of criminal acts can also be quickly deported.

Those that can be immediately or quickly deported are large numbers- most that have arrived since Trump left office.

The only group that can delay being deported are those that are complying with the agreement they made to go to court appearances and still have active cases ongoing.
