The idiots merged my credit with someone else.

Probably some $7/hr idiot did it.

Now my credit is so bad I can’t get a $100 Amazon card, LOL.

Used to tick me off. Still does to some extent but too impossible to fix without bankruptcy. Which could still happen in the future. Sigh.

I've been fortunate in some ways. My credit sucks now. But I've been able to keep everything current since I retired and there are no black marks on my credit report. My school loans were written off, and I can keep my head above water, but that's about it. I'm close to filing for bankruptcy. Yeah, my credit will suck again, but at least I'll be debt free and will be able to save money.

I was hoping that my VA and/or SS disability claims would be approved and if so, I'd be able to pay some more of my debt with the back payments I would receive. But I have no faith the VA will approve anything since they keep denying me, and the SS disability may take as long as next summer to completely play out and I don't want to wait that long on a maybe.
