Deveraux Christopher Johnson was previously convicted in Nevada of forced criminal sexual assault of a 19-year-old in Clark County, Nevada in 2005 when he was 27 years old. He registered as a sex offender when he moved to Canton, Michigan.

I doubt that Nathan Morris knew any of this or he wouldn't have been walking his two and five year old daughters in front of Johnson's house.

Heck no they try to keep it hidden. We live in NYS and I can tell you that all these leftard law organizations who are comprised almost exclusively of lesbians and cat ladies believe that the justice system is racist toward browns and blacks. They are now insisting that private landlords don’t screen their applicants whatsoever. Not for criminal background, credit, former landlord references, evictions, nothing. Cuomo and Peekaboo have sealed eviction records in NYS.

We will soon be ordered by law to rent to anyone who can fog up a mirror. Just had a member of a protected class try to fake her credit score by showing me a screenshot of her grandmother’s credit (not much better) who happened to have the same name!
