“Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has been disqualified from appearing on New York’s general election ballot after a judge ruled Monday that he falsely claimed a New York residence on his nominating petitions, leading to their invalidation.”

Amazing. Sixty years ago RFK Jr’s father won his race for the US Senate though he wasn’t not a resident of NY state. Democrats didn’t have a problem with that back then, but now with his son running as an independent and possibly taking a number of votes from Harris, this shouldn’t be a shock to anyone.

I’m guessing that his father didn’t claim residency in NY when he wasn’t there.

The NY2020 steal must have been huge for them to go to these lengths in 2024.

But did his father state that he lived in NY and rent a room but not live in it to make it appear he lived in NY?

It’s not about being a resident of New York state that’s the issue. The issue is RFK Jr. fraudulently claiming NY as his state of residence, when it isn’t.

Actually, he’s probably taking more votes from Trump. I hope that this spreads to other states, and he has to leave the race.
