Here’s a pic from June when Harris went to Salt Lake, 2nd pic down, no tail number. I don’t understand it either but she’s been using that plane with no number for awhile.

Some numbers are not necessarily on the tail.
Some can be on the fuselage and some can be on a rear engine, of which there is neither in this case.
I’ll keep digging. I suppose I could contact the USAF...
