Yep. I've done the same. Found stray feral kittens a couple days old, abandoned. Took care of them, feeding daily with an eye dropper. Also massaged the butt to make them poop. A cat lady criticized me for that, saying I was ruining the butt. I gave her a kitten when it grew to 2 months old. The next year she was complaining that the cat was scratching her. But when I held the year-old cat, it was gentle to me and remembered me, wanting to leave with me. Score 1 for cat men, versus cat ladies.
