The problem is that each person being deported has the right to due process of law. But the government over the last few years has deported over 876,000 immigrants, so to increase the pace by hiring 5,000 immigration court judges and adding 20,000 CBP personal will speed the rate of deportation. Truman and Eisenhower deported millions in the 1950’s.

That’s not a problem. That’s an opportunity. Shift all monies for NEA, ATF, Dept of Education, and USAID in order to fund a court specifically chartered to deal with immigration issues.

They can wait for their court date at the WW II-era detention facility in the Mojave Desert. Or they can elect to return home.
