Probably more than half of the left FReeper ladies have cats or dogs. And dog people are equally invested in their pets as cat people are.
YUP, but actually my Wife and I have both dogs and cats, plus 2 HUMAN CHILDREN.
The cats do pretty much what they want when they want, but they do keep the rats and mice at controllable levels.
The dogs do pretty much what they want when they want, but they do keep the bears, mountain lions, and bobcats off the livestock.
The human kids do pretty much what they want when they want, and pretty much just ignore us otherwise.
So for the Wife and I it’s pretty much a win, win, lose situation; the kids both graduated from college and are doing their own thing, THAT’S LIFE.
