I always look at poll internals, and of the recent polls putting Harris ahead, Democrats have been over-sampled by at least 5 points.

That information is not available for this survey, but some of the questions indicate that is also the case. The poll asks if Trump's convictions are lawful, and 61% of respondents said 'yes.' That tells me this poll has heavily over-sampled Democrats.

Oversample to be in the news, sample correctly to be correct. All the polling groups are vendors to media, and the media must be given something to chew on the BORING days of Aug.

Funny how we keep repeating these same arguments over and over again, without understanding the difference between sampling and weighting. This is beginning to look like 2012 "unskewing the polls".
