NEW YORK (AP) — A Chinese American scholar was convicted Tuesday of U.S. charges of using his reputation as a pro-democracy activist to gather information on dissidents and feed it to his homeland’s government...

Prosecutors said that at the behest of China’s main intelligence agency, the Ministry of State Security, Wang lived a double life for over a decade. He held himself out as a critic of the Chinese government so that he could build rapport with people who actually opposed it, then betrayed their trust by telling Beijing what they said and planned, prosecutors said....

Instead of sending the emails and creating a digital trail, Wang saved them as drafts that Chinese intelligence officers could read by logging in with a shared password, prosecutors said....In other, encrypted messages, Wang relayed details of upcoming pro-democracy events ...

makes one wonder how many of the illegal Chinese coming across the border have the same mission of spying on those who fled China but have vulnerable relatives left behind

They will be busy for quite some time with over a billion population. I mean, is it even worth the time? Imagine the number of government spies there must be in that country.

China would probably be able to invent something of their own instead of stealing from other nations if only they used that time and effort to encourage free thinking.

...are sleepers. An advanced army of soldier/saboteurs with instructions to take out our infrastructure when the balloon goes up.

s it even worth the time?

Consider that forced organ harvesting is a billion dollar a year industry in China. And that forced harvesting isn’t limited to Fulan Gong prisoners. What crueler way to punish a political refugee who has fled to America for safety than to murder members of his extended family for on-demand organ ‘donation’? Outlandish? To us, Maybe. But it is China after all, a country that disappears people as policy. Where the medical needs of party members always take priority over the disposable little guy.

YOU ARE NOT WRONG!!!

I witnessed this first hand about 12 years ago. I worked with a Chinese national on a major project, and just working with him something didn’t seem right.

This was during the “See Something Say Something” campaign. So I said something. 6 months after the program ended this Chinese national was arrested for spying.

Coincidence, maybe. To this day my opinion is that if a Chinese national is here working and has family back in China, that person is 99.99% guaranteed to be a spy. The family are hostages. Yes, we are screwed!

That routine is so obvious even our CIA would see through the pretense...

By now everybody with more than two functioning IQ points knows that anti civilization, anti Christ mongrels fully function within the democrat party. That’s why democrat voters are oblivious to this fact, viz. the IQ of more than 2 criterion.

Every Chinese coming across the border has been vetted and approved by the CCP.

I would think many have been trained and given missions to carry out.
