Then they impose higher and higher fines and restitution payments against those with no way to pay. Contempt of Court is then charged for non-payment. That uses to be know as debtor’s prison.
If a man or woman is non-violent enough to be released from jail, that man or woman must have all of the rights back, especially those related to protection.
Right now we have people looting at will during buisness
hours. Businesses are going under left and right.
What a great time to claim our populace is charged and
found guilty of too many crimes?
