All abortion is “back alley”, even if it’s done in a nice medical building by a licensed doctor.
All abortion is violent and gruesome and unhealthy for the mother. And any doctor who performs abortions is a butcher.
There will always be “access” to abortion, prostitution, and hard drugs. As there’s no shortage of supply or demand.
You’re not going to get a better abortion or better heroin or a better hooker by making it legal. You just make society as a whole sleazier.
